  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns.

  • Ship the product securely to the provided return address.

Refund Method

  • Upon inspection, store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued.
  • Store credit (in 3 days) can be used for future purchases and does not expire.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Purple Pocket reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
